We require a valid copy of the passport for all the guests for registration with the building. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the passport should be the same on your Airbnb account.

To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience during your stay, a 165AED Non-Refundable Damage Waiver is required for your reservation. This waiver is provided through STRLY and offers you peace of mind by protecting against accidental damage during your stay.

This simple one-time fee eliminates the need for a large deposit, making your check-in process more convenient.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.
