Other things to note
➞ Upon booking: We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.

➞ Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

9 AM - 12 PM - £49
1 PM - 1:30 PM - £30
2 PM - 2:30 PM - £20
3 PM - 4 PM - £9

➞ Late check-out prices:
11 AM - £20
11:30 AM – 12 PM - £30
12:30 PM – 1 PM -£40
2 PM - 5 PM - £60
5 PM onwards – Purchase cost of an extra night

➞ Pets must be declared at the time of booking and approved. There is a pet fee (£35 per pet). Any unclaimed pet is a £50 fee.

➞ Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

➞ NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

➞ No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

➞ No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.

➞ Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.

➞ Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.
