Other things to note
Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the passport for all the guests for registration with the building. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the passport should be the same on your Airbnb account.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of AED500 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! AED2000 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest are allowed in the apartment. No visitors of any kind.

-Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.

Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport at least 24 hours before your arrival to register you as a guest at Dubai Tourism Department and the building.

This apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.
