NOTE: We offer self-check-in for this apartment and you will have to collect the keys from a Keynest point located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST (approximately 10-15 minutes walk from The Lexington building)
Other things to note

Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport for all adult guests. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

1 PM - 1:30 PM - £30
2 PM - 2:30 PM - £20
3 PM - 4 PM - £9

Late check-out prices:
11 AM - £20
11:30 AM – 12 PM - £30
12:30 PM – 1 PM -£40

5 PM onwards – Purchase cost of an extra night

We operate a self-check-in. Before you arrive at the apartment, you will first need to collect the keys from the store. All check-in details can be found on the guest portal.

***We provide one complimentary cleaning for long-term stays (24 nights and above)
***Cleaning fee is £69 for additional cleaning
***We don't provide extra towels, sheets, or bedding.

***Guests will receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
Dish soap
Dishwasher pods
One kitchen sponge
Two trash bags
Two full rolls of toilet paper
One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen

ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST
-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100
and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.

Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.

- For the security deposit, you should be reimbursed within 7-14 days after check-out depending on your bank processing time, and subject to an inspection of the property.

- FOR LONG-TERM STAY, the security deposit is held and then re-authenticated every 7 days and it will be released 3 days after check-out. To avoid this you can send the £150 security deposit through bank transfer.

HOLISTIC PROPERTIES LIMITED CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellation by you within 14 days of booking: HOLISTIC PROPERTIES LIMITED may retain the full payment.

- Cancellation by HOLISTIC PROPERTIES LIMITED within 7 days of booking: If circumstances beyond their control or overbooking occur, resulting in cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions, and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.
